The Oklahoma Association for Pupil Transportation, or OAPT, has the mission to standardize school bus driver education, training, and licesnsing. OAPT, an alliance of school bus directors, mechanics, and drivers, has joined forces in a dedicated and strategic front to promote school bus safety professionally to students across the State of Oklahoma.
