Mr. Burks has a lifetime of transportation experience, starting with the family trucking company where he learned his diesel mechanic skill, employee management, internal business operations. He transitioned to pupil transportation in 2006 as a bus driver, working his way to the director. He is an active member of NAPT, working toward certification. He is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelors's in Business Management. He is currently enrolled in a Master's program in Psychology concentrating in Industrial and Organization Business.
