Billy is the Director of Transportation for the Durant Independent School District (DISD) located in Bryan County. Billy has been with DISD�s Transportation Department for 27 years. Durant Schools have been actively involved with the OAPT for more than 29 years. Their participation in the organization has helped their School District resolve many safety issues, mechanical problems and more important help our students get to and from events as quickly and efficiently as possible. Billy states: "I consider it an honor to be part of the OAPT. I have served on the OAPT Board of Directors for many years. I served as South East regional director from 1991 - 1994, President elect 1996 - 97, President 1997-98, Vendor Liaison 1999 - 2003, and currently hold the position of South East regional director."
